Linnan Park in Clive, Iowa
The brand new Linnan Park design is striking! It will wow you and your kids! This brightly colored and nature themed large playground area will draw you in. The main area has a stacked tower that invites kids to explore and climb independently while discovering many different nooks and crannies. A rope bridge connects to a large tower with ropes and belts galore inside, scattered throughout to challenge your child’s planning and climbing skills. It is perfect for the child who loves little hideouts.
This park has multiple auxiliary features for kids to discover. There is no shortage of unique climbing structures to conquer here. My kids also drifted to the musical instruments multiple times. We also appreciated the low to the ground sensory wall for little ones, the playhouse, and quiet hangout corner element!
My kids will likely always call this park “The Squirrel Park.” Two giant squirrels on the roof of the playground hanging out. So many nature themed details (butterlies, flowers, dragonfly, giant leaves) all add to the whimsy and adventure of this park.
Linnan Park also has TWO futsal courts and a brand new full court basketball court!
Sprayground
Linnan Park has Clive’s first sprayground! This sprayground has an interactive sprayer with multiple levels of interaction, a multi loop sprayer to run through, water that dumps out on eager kids and ground sprayers.
